Price Request Application Form

Thank you so much for submitting your Price Request Application Form. After submitting it, you should receive an offer by email within 2 hours, which will include your temporary booking code. If you would like to accept the offer, you can return to the booking page and confirm your booking. If you have any questions, please contact us before submitting your final booking.

At the booking page, please enter your booking code, add any of the missing important information for your event, such as the event venue's address and etc. Next you will need to accept our General Terms and Conditions. When you submit the final booking, the contract between you and Band Meelton is in place.
